Nov. 21: Hutto Visitation Program Orientation

Grassroots Leadership started the Hutto Visitation Program 3 years ago to send community volunteers to the T. Don Hutto detention center in Taylor, Texas, to break the isolation of detention, build advocates for reform of the detention system, and monitor human rights violations in the detention system. Please attend this orientation if you are interested in visiting women detained at Hutto. All volunteers are welcome. There is a particular need for volunteers who speak Spanish.
